Every Booking.com and Airbnb payout was read and matched against the booking ledger by hand, and discrepancies slipped through.
What we built
A workflow that parses each payout automatically and matches it to the booking ledger, queuing mismatches as exceptions with the money at risk attached.
Result
It now runs unattended. A person reviews only the exceptions.
