A written audit of the highest-payback workflows, scored on hours saved or revenue recovered. It is yours to keep.
- Week 1 to 2
A working prototype, built under NDA and your data-handling policy, on your real data or on redacted samples if you prefer, so you see the system before you commit to the full build.
- Week 3 to 6
Build and deploy: production code, the governance and monitoring around it, and training for your team. Smaller builds run faster: an AI Front Door or Quick Win Install has its first workflow live inside 7 to 10 working days.
